RETURNING A PRODUCT
Thank you for choosing Contemporary Pet Space, and we apologise if your purchase did not meet your expectations.
For full-priced items, we accept returns or exchanges provided they are in a condition suitable for resale. If you wish to initiate a return, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Ensure that all tags and original packaging are still intact.
- The item should not have been worn, modified, or laundered. We do not accept returns for non-faulty items that have been used.
- Please note that perishable goods (such as food products) and custom-made orders are not eligible for returns.

PRODUCT CARE AND MAINTENANCE
By purchasing our leather dog collars, leashes, and other leather products, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Responsibility for Leather Care
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the leather products are properly cared for and maintained. Leather is a natural material and may be susceptible to damage from moisture, rough handling, scratching or chewing by pets.
Avoiding Damage
Customers should take precautions to prevent their pets from scratching, chewing or otherwise damaging the leather products. Damage caused by pets is not covered under our return or warranty policies.
Cleaning and Conditioning
To extend the life of your leather products, follow proper cleaning and conditioning guidelines. Use appropriate leather care products and avoid exposing the leather to excessive moisture, sun and do not use harsh chemicals. In doubt always take the garment to a laundry service specialised in leather and  precious fabrics.
Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, neglect, or wear and tear. Maintaining the condition of leather products is essential for their longevity. Please follow the recommended care instructions to maintain the quality of the leather.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning an item, except in cases where the item is deemed faulty or was sent in error by Contemporary Pet Space.
For international orders, Contemporary Pet Space cannot assume liability for product damage during transit or for items ordered incorrectly. Consequently, we are unable to refund shipping charges or sales taxes. We strongly advise careful consideration before placing international orders.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly inform you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please keep in mind that financial institutions may require some time to process and post the refund.
EXCHANGES
To request an exchange, please contact us at hello@contemporarypetspace.com.
Similar to refunds, shipping costs are not refundable. The exchanged item will be dispatched once we receive the returned product. Please be aware that exchange requests are subject to product availability, and we cannot guarantee the availability of specific items for exchanges.
SALE ITEMS AND GIFT CARDS
Please note that Contemporary Pet Space does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for sale items or gift cards. Consequently, we kindly request that you make your selections with care.
